Homebrew ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) (10.3 Kernel Hax PoC)

Getting this error when using the latest sysupdater, when attempting to downgrade n3ds from 10.3J to 9.2J:
main.cpp:108: Result: 0xD900182F
Failed to get CIA file info!

I'm not on MAC, the cias are in the updates forlder on root of sd, without anything else inside the folder.

Any hint as to what could be wrong?

You have to keep trying, I was getting this error multiple times yesterday, but eventually it worked. (not try to install cia again, restart FBI and then try to install) FBI just didn't boot up properly. It's probably missing a required service access or something like that.

Just did it again and installing Fire Emblem. Apparently running some homebrew app and then forcing quit of it (l+r+down+B) increses the proper boot rate.

I got it to work exactly one time and it just softbricked my console. Trying again.. For the 300th time

My problem is that, I can't boot emunand unless there's a *hax 2.5 comparable payload for RXtools or Reinand.

all these updated with brahma2 I ]ve tested them all on newly downgraded n3ds and all running fine on hax 2.5. they all work for me on both n3ds and old 3ds apart from reinand on old as 4.5 is only supported on old3ds

no problem obviously they only work if you have all the correct firmware files for all the different cfw. ive tested them all and are working.

If anyone would like to test something, I have made some modifications to sysUpdater to hopefully make downgrading more stable. UPDATE: This has been tested, with reports of success. Use at your own risk, however, as always with downgrading.

This contains two primary modifications:

• Deletes each title before installing its replacement, rather than deleting every title to downgrade before installing anything. This ensures that there won't be a bunch of missing titles if a downgrade fails.

• When downgrading, installs NATIVE_FIRM after all other titles, rather than before, to ensure that there won't be an older NATIVE_FIRM incompatible with remaining newer titles after a failure.
