welp, ive been trying for the past hour and i just cant get past the error message at cia installation, ill just wait for something else unless someone with a new3ds on 9.9 has been successfully able to do it.

Just to verify, FBI installs the CIA to the SD card? So if we had a 2.5GB cia, and a 4GB, it wouldn't work because it would need at least 8GB to cover the install? So SD card needs to have 2x the free space of whatever you want to install?
