Essentially, it is. I'm sorry, but if you're messing with delicate parts and electronics, you shouldn't be an idiot anyways.


So what will it do differently, other than making it "safer" to downgrade, which judging from the amount of people who downgraded this morning isn't hard anyways. Seems to me it uses memchunkhax2 to downgrade, which is already technically doable without KTM. (No, I don't recommend it before people start saying I'm telling people to downgrade.)
That is true that you shouldn't be an idiot and do this, however, judging from this thread and a lot of this community from the time I have lurking, it seems that the guys going in blind outnumber the people that actually read up on guides.
 
On topic, where do you even get legit cias?
I've heard "a certain 3ds related b ISO site" but that tells me nothing. Can someone give me some search parameters to find it?
