Yes but I was talking about the possibility of 9.6+ emunand on N3DS, not anything to do with sysnand.

Oh yeah, I only use EMUNand on my old3ds so I completly forgot about that.

This does prove that FW>9.5 emunand can work on the new 3ds and that they have the keys. But, this does not prove that they have kernel access on Sysnand FW>9.2.

Unless of course, they actually have 10.3 kernel, this isnt emunand, and is actually their sysnand like they are trying to make us believe.

I guess the FW update check was meant to show it, but I guess that could always be faked somehow.

With modifed URLs and a private update server, you can make the system say "update to date" in any version you like, if the URLs are properly modifed and server set up.
However, reading about the staff I can suppose they've made that. Arm9loaderhax has a quite low possibility (especially when you don't know how that is decrypted - algorithm and etc), and that KEY#2 is console-unique, rendering that hard unless you can hardmod to replace those sections. But i believe they have done that.

And I hope there is anyone can read the code of KTM that written by @JustPingo and tidy that up, to a better work place for him.

from what i know menuhax doesn't boot up that quickly

They tried updating. Even if you spoofed or changed the nver it would still say there's an update. Also, their Firmloader has an option to boot into emunand, yet they never selected it. Not to mention the fact that the description says that emunand is rip

You could spoof the server response hosting one on your own.

Exactly. It's not menuhax. They have their payload injected into arm9 on boot to load their code. Menuhax is a lot more slower.

i am still wondering why the description says emunand is dead
