Homebrew 10.3.0-28U | Error 007-2001 when accessing the eShop

I have formatted, and still receive this error. How can I fix it?

Since this is on the homebrew section im asuming you are booting it from HB-Menu, if you use HANS/homebrew launcher to boot eshop even on latest firmware it wont work, nintendo eshop's servers check if the payload is running in the background, it it is it will either display an error or load forever

I doubt it, because one of the fixes for CFW users to access the eShop without being on latest firmware is by running the eShop through HANS after having installed the latest NVer.
That, and after they did their eShop update, it still worked with HANS on 10.2. For anyone who has -28 pretty much, so unless they changed things again, that should still be the case.

Maybe. I Was just asuming what i said. I opened 3shop a few times today from home menu and tried a couple times with hans and it didnt work with hans

I did Hans and normal, it lets me go on but when I try to download anything, it gives me the error

I have booted from both HOME Menu and The Homebrew Launcher. It still errors.

007-2001 is a region error iirc. Check Profile Settings to see if it is set correctly.
Launching System Settings in another region (w/ HANS at least) will cause it to not open, but it will change the region.

The thing is, I have formatted the 3DS. The problem still persists.

I started to get the same problem, Even on home aswell. I dunno what happened.
