Hello :)
Til now I only know these sort of Wii U images:
  • 1 folder with many add+h3+title files
  • 3 folders: code+content+meta folders
I start with Cemu and I see that it uses *.iso files aswell.
So is it possible to build isos for Cemu with game+update(+dlcs) in only one single file ?
And if yes, how ?

No.
There's multiple formats :

WUD : single game file uncompressed
WUX : single game file compressed

Those files are in general used for third party games released only on disk and only for games (not update or DLC).
You can launch them directly with CEMU (but not on the Wii-U)

Then you have the WUP format used for games / update and DLC.
This format is used to install games+updates+DLC on the Wii-u (you cannot use them with CEMU)

Then if you decrypt the WUP : the RPX (loadiine with content/code/meta folders)

This format is used by CEMU and the Wii-U.
When you install a WUP package on your Wii-U, the game/upadte/DLC are saved in this format (uncompressed and uncrypted one) but the install process add some files (not used by CEMU) that allow your wii-U to detect the game/update/DLC (title.tmd and title.fst under ./code).

So the better choice if you want to backup games/updates/DLC for CEMU and your Wii-U is the WUP format (you cannot inject directly a RPX format on your Wii-U).

Thanks for the details.
For Cemu I now use the content/code/meta folders (= decrypted WUP = Loadiine format).
So this is the best way at the moment ?
I don't like it this way.
But iso files can be loaded, what is this for ?
Isn't it possible to combine game+update+dlcs into one single WUD/WUX ?

Don't know ! i didn't even noticed it is allowed.
I guess it is for WUD or WUX using ISO container...

Yes, or you can go with a WUX file (WUD file is 24GB no matter what game is, WUX is the WUD comressed)
>Isn't it possible to combine game+update+dlcs into one single WUD/WUX ?
Not that i know of. I think only one titleID is supposed to be used.
Note that you can only install RPX update and DLC in CEMU (loading the meta/meta.xml file)

From what I recall, a Wii U iso is just a renamed WUD/WUX.
And also from what I remember, you can't actually package everything into one WUD file, for CEMU you need to either install it using their dlc/update installer, or manually copy the files to their respective folders.

Updates: Yes, just overwrite the code/content/meta folders with the update. (unpack and repack using special tools, Cdecrypt for unpacking, and I forget what for repacking)
But since you have to unpack the code/content/meta folders anyway, it's simpler (and probably loads faster) to just load the code/content/meta folders rather than pack it back into an ISO and load that.
DLC: No. Wii U software just doesn't have a way of loading DLC from the disc, they weren't made that way.
