i have a fairly well equipped computer so hardware shouldnt be a problem but i cant seem to find a psp emulator that can run Birth by Sleep properly

Hardware doesn't matter, it's the software that's shit

In short, no and I highly doubt you will any time soon.

Try running it in JPCSP.

If that doesn't work, try running it in one of the latest SVN builds(link below).

I've seen people playing it in JPCSP on Youtube.
