    @Julie_Pilgrim I would use davinci if it wasn't rocket science, I'm still on openshot because it's super dumbed down and not scary :cry:

    Sorry I don't know why I didn't read the "Video" part, I personally use FlashIntegro's VSDC Free Video Editor the only difference between the free version and the pay one is the use of accelerated hardware when generating the final video, it's great and the community have giant support.

    Skyward Sword’s combat design sucks (their idea of difficulty is enemy that can block literally all attacks, and then electric enemy that can block all attacks but also stun you), however… I never realized how much charm and personality SS has before

    At least BotW/TotK use standard fucking controls; what's SS's excuse? "I'm on the Wii, so I must have motion controls"? Yeah, newsflash, asshole - the Classic Controller exists. As does the GameCube controller. USE ONE OF THEM.

    Also, TP largely got away with motion, by not requiring actual tracking - the pointer could be disabled for the Bow and Slingshot, with the analog stick being far more accurate than that shit, and for the sword, "motion" was the equivalent of a button. Didn't matter how you swung, it did the same, predictable slice. SO MUCH BETTER.

    TOTK combat is a lot more fun if you use the bow primarily because of the new system, I have much more creative freedom just being archer Link. For SSHD though, instead of the right stick sword, I would've liked to see something more like Shadow Warrior's advanced controls option, where you swing your sword in the direction you're walking. For example, if you're strafing left and attack, link swings left

    Twilight Princess feels like an art piece of a game to me... in the sense that it feels like it was created just to be looked at, while actually playing it doesn't feel quite... right :unsure: like if you turned a museum into a game

    That was likely due to the backlash The Wind Waker got, for its 'childlike' appearance compared to OoT and that tech demo, and at first Twilight Princess did get praise for its mature style.

    Also, how does playing Twilight Princess not "feel quite right"? I've played it numerous times, both on the Wii (with the Wiimote and Nunchuk) and on the Wii U (traditional controls), and it's always felt just fine to play, both in terms of controls and art style and stuff. Certainly much better than Skyward Sword, let alone BotW/TotK.

    Why is self motivation so hard, every time I start a personal or even passion project, I lose motivation in like a week at most. The only time I can really work efficiently is if I'm under pressure or have tried to fix something for so long that I start getting mad at it and do nothing else until its resolved :unsure:
