Tried it through the 2 first levels, and I'm kinda disappointed. Voice acting is poor (is it the original one ? :wtf:), and gameplay is fun but not for hours.

And don't expect to see any gore exploding heads, you won't even see a single drop of blood.

Seems censored :/

Oh, there's blood. I don't think it's a graphic enough game to garner an M-rating, but it's got some violence.

In any case, after playing through more of it, I'd say that perhaps I misfired earlier. Yeah, it's got greatness in it, but it misses the mark in a few areas. The ideas of the game are pretty cool, but like some games are button mashers, this game is a touch-screen tapper. The action, overall, isn't too exciting; there are moments when it is, but the game lacks a fair amount of inspiration (and probably play-testing). Also, the top-screen is almost unused entirely. During gameplay all you see a still of Kenshiro -- nothing else.

It's fun in the same way a button masher can be fun, but it's not great. It's still a really beautiful game to look at. Worth a play, I'd say.

Actually there's stars also and those stars are kind of "energy". When you got miss, they eventually disapear. When all stars are gone, its game over.

I love Fist of the North Star, both the movie and series but I find every single game to be trash. I trust comments on this site though and am gonna give this a whirl tonight, looks interesting. Also glad it's not pachi crap like someone else said.

ok, this may sound totaly lame, but how do you do the first screen? it's got a glowing circle and number 10 somewhere and two arrows pointing in opposite directions.

With those you basically just have to scratch back and forth however many times it indicates, but make sure you make contact with each of the balled ends every time you scratch.

Thanks. I figured it out last night, kinda by accident. So far I'm really enjoying this game. It would be nice to have a fighting game of some kind, but I'm just glad for unique gameplay.

How do you save! I've beaten the first stage three times now and beat the second stage for the first time but whenever I turn the game off I'm back on stage one.

As Triforce said, choose the left option after each chapter. But also be sure when you start the game back up, choose the right option. Not sure exactly what each of those two options says, but I believe it's something like "New Game," and "Continue." So, if you don't want to restart your entire game, make sure you choose the right option each time you turn the game back on.

I just started playing this last night after hearing so many good comments on it and now i can safely say i'm addicted this morning I found Myself Desperately trying To get an S on all of the levels still im uh getting closer (2 XD) but this deserves to be one of those cult games as it is so unique and addictive even though its more of a comic book and all in jap i still followed the story through the pannels and it gets very tense at some points and well JUST GET THIS GAME
