converting turbograpx 16 cd games in .ccd .img .sub format

hello. I have a video on my channel explaining how the format transformation is done. It is in Spanish but it is well understood, it is very graphic. I recommend that you play the games in iso/ogg/cue format as they run better (the video shows the conversion to that format). if you want to convert them to bin/cue use ultraiso. it's free (click on the evaluate option) simply when you open the program click on tools and then on convert... there you can see the format options. but I already told you that the recommended format is iso/ogg/cue. on the other hand if you play on tv crt I recommend the cores of pc engine and pc engine cd of retroarch hexaeco ss that you can find here in the forum. a greeting
i dont care which format the game is as long as it plays well, but I am using wiimednafen to run those because retroarch is a buggy piece of sh*t. Does wiimednafen support iso/ogg/cue format?
the emulation of pc engine and pc engine cd in retroarch hexaeco ss is far superior to wiiengine and wiimednafen both visually and sonically as in emulation of the original system. my recommendation is to play on sd and with iso/ogg/cue format always sega cd and pc engine cd. I have verified that there is no failure in the emulation, on another device and in another format if failures occur. Yes, yes you can use iso/ogg/cue in wiimednafen

or you can make a single BIN/CUE for your games from CCD/IMG/SUB by mounting them with DAEMON Tools Lite ( https://www.daemon-tools.cc/products/dtLite ) and them making a BIN/CUE with ImgBurn ( https://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download ).
