Yes. Most of the tools work except some other ones including vcbrlyt.

maybe you need to install and configure your PC and prepare it for use HowardC's tools.

Dude. You know that "setuppad.exe" file? It needed to be ran in compatibility mode (Win 8). It finished downloading and it finally works. I owe you one.

setuppad.exe file is for install all Microsoft ActiveX Control Pad drivers, plugins, and other stuff needed.

Also, the installer must be launched in compatibility mode for Windows 95.
