Hello. I exported a GBA save file from a romhack that's currently in my 3DS as a CIA. I fiddled with it using a cheat that I couldn't use on the 3DS itself and am attempting to put the save file back in. The save file appears as a bin file in godmode despite being dumped out as a .sav. Attempting to put it back where I found it, however, results in an error and the save file I'm importing is not a .bin, should this matter.

How do I go about putting a .save for a GBA ROM back into the 3DS?

EDIT: The error is 'Failed copying path: gbavc.sav'.

EDIT2: Further research has been done and I found out how. Sorry for the silly question.

You can do it just with godmode9 the same as you did the backup you inject in the agbsave.bin, maybe you are wrong thinking the save is a binay file, maybe you dumped to your sd the agbsave.bin, for backup or inject gba games, you must open the game, turn off the console and you start with godmode9
Back up:
sysnand virtual>agbsave options>dump gba vc save

Inject:
First you must go with godmode9 to the place you have the .sav file, you must copy pressing Y and go the begin and almost the same for back up
sysnand virtual>agbsave options>inject gba vc save

When I worked for Dell we had access to data about military contracts and addresses for high ranking people.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.

In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

sometimes I wonder why anyone would ever buy mega man x legacy collection 2
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
