Any tools that allow me to modify a wii iso files?

I am attempting to mod a dump of FE10 to work with Lord Metwo's FE10 randomizer, they suggest using wii backup fusion.

It works well enough to get the files out, but it can't get the files back in. It cancels the transfer.

Wii scrubber doesn't works because the way it shows the file tree isn't similar to how the files are dumped by wii backup fusion.

So I am at the end of my rope here, any ideas?

you could use wiibackup fusion or wiibackup manager, I think wiibackup manager calls it sneek

usage：
EXTRACT isoPath --dest extractedIsoPath --psel DATA --section --long
COPY extractedIsoPath --iso --dest newIsoPath --psel DATA --section --long

All that does it dump the files, how do I repackage the iso after I change the files inside?

I got it to work thx, it took a while to figure out the command line
