Glitching Headphone/Sound IC issues

Hi all, I've been having Issues with my modded OLED switch. Everything works fine except for the sound. It switches between headphone connection to speaker and vice versa once the switch turns on. This keeps happening either on OFW or CFW. I removed the headphone jack/game card/sd card combo board, but issue still persist.

Looking at the picutre of the Switch headphone jack, it looks like the Switch uses a mechanical switch to detect if the headphone jack has been plugged in or not (like most other devices use).
Maybe the contacts are a bit dirty/oxidated.
Or the flat cable to the headphone board and the motherboard isn't seated perfectly.
The Switch flatcables are so small that with the slightest disalignment, they don't make proper contact.
