how can i *hack* my switch or jailbreak it its a switch lite and as i know theres only the hardwware way is there a way like to buy a loader so i can get like rommed games and retro stuff

You have already answered your own question, there is only the hardware way, if you even can find a chip

No, the only way to currently hack it is with a modchip as you said and there are no plans for any other exploit. If you don't like it, get an unpatched Switch instead.
