This started happening. Steady red light and blinking green like its trying to glitch but cant. I think it might be a sodering issue?

It was working just fine a while age. I was ripping a game and it froze, so I pressed the power button and it turned off. I pressed it again and the power light came on, but no signal and it sounds like it keeps trying to glitch. Its a trinity with rgh 2.0 or 1.2 I think.
