So my original switch died and I managed to pick up a second unpatched switch second hand do you think there will ever be a mod so I can use my license again on my second switch or is it forever useless... I would just buy one but that’s neat on impossible the way things are

Without the source code for the license or cracking into their servers, this is impossible.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
