Sadly no. Game is capped at 720p and unlike XC2, Dynamic Resolution cannot be disabled in Xenoblade DE. best you can do is overclock the GPU.
Setting DR range to 1.0 for max and min is not working?
And yeah - game is designed around 720p resolution. Forcing it to have higher resolution would result in broken HUD, effects, etc.

Yes it does, my bad. I usually use the red_auto=off to disable DR with XC2 to disable it. I guess it does not work with XCDE
