Homebrew Question hbmenu crash

Hello !

I follow the tutorial about pegascape (caffeine) but hbmenu doesn't start after pressing album.
I tried again but it still doesn't work.

What actually is the problem? Is there an error code? Is there a black screen? Does it just crash?

Did you do both, what is you're firmware

Can you access hbmenu by holding R and launching a game? If not, does the same thing happen as when you try via the album, or is it a different result? What happens?

I have a white screen. I feel like it's crashing

My Switch is patched and the system version is 4.1.0.

I dont have any games. I followed the hack with Caffeine
On the PegaScape page, I select the hbmenu icon then a window appears and says "Success".
I stay blocked when I have to press the Album icon.

Maybe delete the file on the SD card and put it back on
