No, it sounds like an issue with your TV and/or HDMI cable. Try swapping cables and/or television sets.

Full delete the console pressing the power button for 20 seconds. After waiting three minutes after injecting the payload, letting the console boot up, press the power button for 10, 15 seconds. Does a menu appear?

i've managed to get it into rcm and injecting lockpick, i have title and prod keys, and if i try to inject the atmosphere fusee primary it works but after the atmosphere logo the screen become blank

if you had a custom theme installed you can delete the theme folders from your sd

sd:/atmosphere/contents/0100000000001000

or

sd:/atmosphere/titles/0100000000001000

then its not that, I'm not sure, but if your fuse count is off then I think you need sig patches to boot into cfw, not sure though, as I have never had to try it

what firmware did you downgrade to out of curiosity?

depends on a few things, the firmware you are on, and if you are using hekate to boot atmosphere or just using atmosphere with fusee

i got problems after trying to downgrade the nintendo switch, now i should be in 10.1.0

I'm not sure about sig patches for atmosphere, I use hekate to boot atmosphere, but maybe someone else knows were the sig patches are for atmosphere/fusee
