Misc WII U Internet browser error 2021

Hello internet,

I know I'm alone here but I regularly use the 3ds browser and was shocked a few days ago to learn that trying to play videos from any other website than youtube will
result in error code 032-2901. Whatever I told myself I'll just use my WII U instead but I can't even get to youtube.com without crashing the page and you get a very similar
error code : 112-235 if you load any videos from other pages. I can't testify for the WII U but the 3ds was working a couple days before the incident so I don't know whats happening.

You can no longer use these browsers since they were discontinued! The WiiU doesn´t support the newer TLS-protocols which more and more sites are using...This is main-reason Youtube also no longer works on WiiU.

Sooner or later you will be able to use the WiiU again with a real browser (e.g. via running Linux on it etc)...but for now: It´s not working.

The WiiU´s embedded browser support has been ended. Just like netflix-support for WiiU will end this june as well.

and yeah, the 3DS is also affected by this as well as other platforms such as PS4 etc which use similar Netfront-based browsers!

Ok thanks, it's always sad to see support dropped for things like this I half expected it for the WiiU but I guess I thought the 3ds would've lasted longer.
