I’d like to try every Japanese Kit-Kat flavor.
Outside of snacks, I want to try more middle eastern dishes. Faloodeh—a regional take on ice cream—and kuku zamini, which I’ve been told are croquettes (one of my favorite foods) but with lots of kick.

And I've seen a show that featured Street food from different in America, many things really looked very appetizing (Mexican, Thai-fusion and lots more). Wagyu is also high on my list!

Barbecues and grilled meats from around the world. BBQ, carne asada, hibachi, Mongolian beef, Korean barbecue... I want the meats.
I can't really recreate them at home, and I doubt the localized versions I can find around town are authentic.
