And yeah, I just got a used PS Vita and basically it didn't bring a complete charger, only the main cable you can connect to the PC via USB. At home, I've been charging it using my PC via USB, but I'm currently on holiday and didn't bring a PC, so I was wondering if I can use a power bank. The specs of the power bank are the following:

It has 2 USB ports with 2.1A and 2.4A. I hope I can use it without damaging the console or it's battery. :)

If someone knows if it's okay or not, please leave your verdict! Many thanks in advance! :D

If I remember correctly, you can't use Powerbanks that don't have a data channel active on their USB ports. You can definitely try charging the Vita with that Powerbank. What you shouldn't use, are phone chargers that have a "Quickcharge" or "Fastcharge" feature, those chargers usually break certain batteries. I have already heard stories of friends who broke their PS4 controllers like that.

If the Vita can charge on any USB (like the PC or the phone charger), this should not impose any problem.

I see... My main concern would be the specs. If the specs of my power bank would damage the console's battery or if it would be okay. But I think it should be fine. Thanks for sharing your opinion. :)

That makes the perfect sense. I would avoid the charges with the "fastcharge" feature anyway. But thank you for your detailed response. :)
