So for any of you who have experience with the feature of plugging a hard drive into the usb c port on the switch to load everything from the harddrive. I have a portable hard drive that uses the micro usb 3 port. Can i use this adaptor

Awesome. Good to know that the switch puts out enough power for the hard drive. Is there anything else special that needs to be done for the hard drive to work besides the formatting? Does it just detect it and look for nsps or xcis?
