Hello GBATemp community
i am new to wii modding and installed usb loader gx, rom hacks and cios working fine. Usb loader GX Plays every other game i have perfectly though. I have tried setting the video mode to ntsc, changing the game ios to 250, and turning off NAND emulation. I dont know how to do a syscheck but i installed hbc around 3 weeks ago following wii.guide and complete softnod guide thanks for the help.

Hello,
just so you know i also posted this in the usb loader gx thread and am getting help there too.

my drive is an NTFS (because Brawl) usb thumb drive that works perfectly with every other game i have on it. I have a PAL Wii and the game is NTSC. I also tested the game in Dolphin and posted a screenshot in the ulgx thread. The only ios i modified is the ones wii.guide did.

thanks ;)

If you are not going to post a sysCheck like requested, we cannot help you.

Also, you should be using FAT32. You can split a large wbfs file like Smash Bros., and it will run the same.

Thank you for a fast reply.

how do i split Smash into parts? i use wii backup manager. On the topic of the syscheck, i have already got something to try in the ublgx thread but if it is required i will try to do one later.

Wii Backup Manager can split wbfs files for FAT32.

I just researched this as jd is also bigger than 4gb. But whenever i tried with smash it just said 100% straight away and says finished in red text so NTFS was the only way to get it working and it does work well but i do have a backup if FAT32 is better

FAT32 is recommended with the Wii.

Just Dance 2020 should work with your IOS250 using Configurable USB-Loader Mod.

oh well... I will just play my older ones on disc or dolphin then. Thank you for your help
Troubleshooting doesn't mean you have to permanently move to Configurable USB-Loader Mod. It means you should test it with Configurable USB-Loader Mod to see if the problem is the game or something else.

I've tested Just Dance 2020 with Configurable USB-Loader Mod, and it works just fine.

There are factors about your Wii and/or storage device we can potentially eliminate as the problem by troubleshooting with Configurable USB-Loader Mod.

Following our troubleshooting advice might be more fruitful than arguing against it.
