Hacking unbrick 3ds with a broken sd card and no Nand backup?

Hi, so it's been 2 years now that I didn't touch my 3ds because I think it's definitely bricked, but with some hope I decided to ask here on this forum if there is any way I can unbrick my old 3ds with no Nand backup (unfortunely a family member deleted it from the pc) and a broken SD card (it's broke into 2 parts, idk how it happened).
When I try to turn the 3ds on I have an error : config file not found.
The only solution I found is to buy a new motherboard. But is it worth it ?
Also sorry if my english is bad. (It's because I'm french).

because I have no idea what I can do to solve the "no config file found" error, since I have no backup nor the SD card where this config file was. Moreover it's been 2 years now, so I completely forgot what firmware it was, what custom firmware it was, etc

edit : I forgot to say it but the 3ds doesn't turn on, it just shows a black screen with the error

Yeah... forget it, I'd connectivity issues and your thread didn't load up correctly.
