Make sure other cheat engines like EdiZon are completely disabled or uninstalled. If the problem persists, open the Atmosphère settings in the Homebrew Menu and select "reboot to payload" and try again.

I am using Neutos on 10.1 and having 0 issues with this tool so far. You are most likely missing a module or conflict with the module.
What do you mean a new restart? As in all previous cfw files had been erased from your previous cfw and then added new cfw files? If so what are you using as cfw? Neutos? Atmosphere? Kosmos?
Im still geting The wrong item for 117 I got a shell partition diy instead of the cherry-blossem diy

If you still have issues then Edizon and Atmosphere cheats may be messing up the memory content
Sometimes Sys-Botbase (or Atmosphere's DMNT cheat module, not sure which) go on the fritz and starts scrambling any and everything you try to write to the game's memory.
How I test for it: I try to spawn items from the game's title screen (before loading into your save) and then refresh the inventory listing (if in doubt how, close and reopen ACNH Poker); if the spawned items are still there, it's working, but if they are either missing or different from the ones you spawned, you have this glitch.
(Why from the title screen: because if the glitch messes up your inventory you can just close the game without any risk.)
How to fix it: reboot the Switch and test again. Keep rebooting and testing until the glitch is gone.
Two questions.
For the R5 version you mentioned that variations have to put in images manually again but is that going to be fixed in r6?
for the other version that included critters and stuff Is it possible to refresh the fish to the ones you only want or do you always see the old fish regardless? I want to locally connect to my clean switch and fish for some rares but I’m unsure if that would ban my clean unhacked switch or not. I mean, It’s just a thought. 90dns on both came to mind.

Not sure what you mean here. The list always goes back to neutral (as in, regular spawn chances for everything) when you launch my version of ACNH Poker.
Do keep in mind, though, that if you close the app and reopen it without first closing the game any changes you previously made to critter spawns are still in effect even if the app isn't showing them.
Another caveat: due to how spawns work in the game, having multiple critters that share spawn points (like the sharks) ticked doesn't work well. The game seems to test them sequentially and spawn the first one that passes the test, so if you set two (or more) critters with the same spawn points to max rate you might only see the first one.
I doubt it would result in a ban for the unhacked Switch; after all, with two consoles and two copies of the game, you can get any fish at any time on a switch that isn't hacked and doesn't time travel by simply using time travel on the second switch and having the first one visit.
BTW, any time a game is engaged in local multiplayer (there's an L besides the wifi symbol in the home screen) the Switch is incapable of connecting online, as local multiplayer uses an ad-hoc wi-fi setting that is incompatible with regular wi-fi networks.
I haven’t spent too much time trying to spawn I only had one ticked off but I misunderstood how this hack worked since I ran into other undesired fish. By spawn points do you mean fish that spawn in the same area like the sea if I wanted 2 exclusive fish that spawned there? So the grayed out checks are neutral and checked is the one you actually want.
since I’m playing with my unhacked as well, I guess it would be safer to set my hacked switch to the appropriate months when the fish actually spawn. I’m in two different months right now because I restarted my game from the beginning.
I believe it's a bit more specific; for example, I believe the Sea spawn points differentiate between the pier and the rest of them.
The cheat doesn't touch that information, though; it only affects spawn rates per time slot.
Yep. And unchecked (when you click them again) is no spawning. I tend to always uncheck the fishes that annoy me (like C+).

Sorry idk why my response didn’t post but I said: yes kill the damn sea bass.
I use this fine at first but then I install Edizon and it stopped working. The window app still connect and I can view my inventory but when I spawn item it doesn't appear. When I turn off all cheat it still doesn't work. Is there any way for it to work or I need to remove Edizon...?
For me it sometimes takes more than one reboot to get it back to working. And yeah, I do have Edizon and Tesla installed (though I'm still on Atmosphere 10.5 and FW 9.2)
