So , you got a hacked switch with a fake acnh and it work with a legit one on local ? I'm not banned from now and i'm on Emunand and I would play with my sister which has a switch lite and a real game, can I give her all my items and things so I can buy a real game and play online with sysnand?

Since it appear moving your save on sysnand result in a Banhammer ..

Think I'm gonna buy the game and create a new game since moving the modded save result in a Banhammer even if we didn't modded anything..

The biggest differences I am seeing is that Atmosphere users have the most updated ldn_mitm. SX OS users do not have the ability to update this, so we have to wait for updates. With the new SX OS 2.9.5 beta, they said they updated it, but I am still having issues using it (primarily with AC:NH) Pokemon SW:SH is back to functioning properly.

The 2.9.5 update is working, but for those having issues with local play on certain games, you must download the ldm_mitm.nro and...

Disable
-Local wireless play
-Stealth mode
-FTP

Once you do this, go back into the ldm nro and confirm it is off (should show error). Local play should work just fine now!

Obviously make sure you have your internet connection settings properly defined to avoid the banhammer. Stealth play is your only protection otherwise.
This was tested on a 10.0.1 Legit switch and an SX OS emunand and sysnand 9.1.0 switch running AC:NH 12.0.0

Deleted ldn_mitm from the switch folder and atmosphere/content. Finally worked after ages of troubleshooting. Nachuz I owe you times a thousand bud.

I'm having the same issue as you, I dont have a folder titled specifically "ldn_mitm" I do however have the config for ldn mitm. Did you delete the config folder? Or did you have another folder titled specifically "ldn_mitm"? Thanks.
