I have been banned, which I'm fine with since I don't play online, and I was prepared for this when I jailbroke in 2018. However, when I'm trying to launch FETH which I have in cart form today, I got the message "checking if the software can be played" message which prevents me from launching the game. Since I'm banned, I'm not connected to the internet, but I tried with internet on and with airplane mode on, both methods still prevent me from bypassing this issue and launching the game.
I did lots of searches online relating to this message, and everybody who gets this are people who have 2 switches and the one they are playing on is not set as primary. This is totally not my case since I never owned or used a second switch and I only have one account. So the only reason I can think of why I'm getting this is that I got banned and Nintendo is now preventing me from playing games I bought.
But that just doesn't seem likely at all, since I haven't seen other people reporting the same issue given how large the jailbreaking community is. But I wonder if it's because I still only play legit games rather than games downloaded online? I would really appreciate if people can confirm that they can still launch physical games that they bought after being banned. And of course, I would really really appreciate if people can help me solve this issue at all since all the solutions online do not work for me (e.g. calling Nintendo).
