Hello!
I have a question, does disabling L2 cache and set clock rate to 268MHz with Rosalina improve the battery life of the N3DS XL?
Thanks!

Someone else can give you a more authoritative answer, but disabling the L2 cache will result in more unnecessary reads from main memory (or elsewhere), which one would assume would be more costly in terms of battery life than leaving it on. But sure, slowing your N3DS down to the speed of older hardware would generate less heat and reduce power consumption. If running everything slower on your powerful N3DS (its CPU is more powerful than the Vita's) to save some battery life appeals to you then go for it.

Setting the clock to o3DS speeds will improve the battery life, but only by 5%. Personally, I don't think that extra 5% battery is worth the downsides.
