Thanks!
After testing some more, I realized that the Switch, Edizon, or Atmosphere really doesn't like it when there are too many cheats ticked on, so here are the updated cheats for MUA3.

@Smoker1 or @wiitendo84 can either of you guys help me understand the structure of pointer codes? For example, in Smoker1's codes, with wiitendo84's tutorial I understand the purpose of 0's and 1's here, they are for MAIN or HEAP, and positive or negative offsets:
580F0000 03479828
580F1000 00001498
580F1000 000003D8
580F1000 00000098
780F0000 000009E5
610F0000 00000000 00000063
But what are the purposes of these F's? As I understand it from SXOX's Code Builder, they can be 0 thru F, what do they do exactly?
580F0000 03479828
580F1000 00001498
580F1000 000003D8
580F1000 00000098
780F0000 000009E5
610F0000 00000000 00000063
And final question for Smoker1, why is it 61 here, when in so many codes for many games I see 64?
580F0000 03479828
580F1000 00001498
580F1000 000003D8
580F1000 00000098
780F0000 000009E5
610F0000 00000000 00000063
Thanks, I really appreciate all your contributions, and reading some of your posts have inspired me to learn how to do these things for myself.
