Edit - It says free shipping to Russia isn't available. Cheapest mailing adds another 269 (RUB) to the total.
Before the hardmod, did the n3DSXL work and have access to eShop? You can also hack it with seedminer. My sister wants to take herself a console, and she arrives in 11 days
I brick my New N3ds XL and the only way to restore the console is ntrboot and hardmodeBefore the hardmod, did the n3DSXL work and have access to eShop? You can also hack it with seedminer.
You can take a closer look at how this connector is connectedthe fact it pops and turns off would suggest either the lcd flex cable isn't plugged in properly or the bottom LCD backlight cable isn't inserted properly, the connector for the bottom LCD is often damaged by people who are inexperienced trying to lift the connector, the backlight connector shouldn't be lifted, the cable is inserted and removed by just pushing/pulling the cable into place, if you have damaged the connector you can sometimes just push it back down with a bit of extra force and hope it gains enough pressure to keep the connection

the connector that is usually damaged is circled in this picture, to see if this is the issue your having try putting a little bit of pressure on it and see if the console stays on when booting
and as everyone has already said, the hardmod connections need a bit of work, you may get away with the connections as it is, just make sure you isolate the cables using tape or something, and remove the mod once you un-brick, I wouldn't suggest keeping it in place unless you improve your soldering skills, but for a 1 off unblock it might work ok
what is this thing called and can it be bought? my friend said that she constantly consumes electricity, most likely burned out.Does it make a popping sound?
Make sure all important ribbon cables are connected properly or maybe you did the hardmod wrong and it's causing a short circuit or something
Cross comparing the images found in step 13 and 14 of [ifixit] Nintendo 3DS XL 2015 Teardown, that chip you posted is not found on the New 3DS XL motherboard.what is this thing called and can it be bought? my friend said that she constantly consumes electricity, most likely burned out.
