Hacking I sold my 3ds. How do I disconnect my nintendo acc. and these other things?

I just sold a 3ds over the internet. The buyer is fully aware my 3ds is modded (bootstrap 9 luma) and wants it like this. I just want to disconnect my stuff from it, my nintendo acc and all, how do I proceed? Is a factory reset going to alter anything meaningful? I don`t think so since the bootloader itself is modded at this point but I thought I`d better ask.

You can remove NNID with godmode9, execute GM9Megascript and then there should be an option to remove NNID Scripts from Plailect's Guide.
Also formatting System memory dosen't remove any CFW or bootloaders and it removes NNID
