Hello there,
View attachment 186481
Short version: I need to know what the lines in the red circle on the picture do and if they are somehow related to digitizer.

Long version: I screwed my game card slot and had to take my vita open. 3g card was stuck so bad that it ate through two of my good screwdrivers. I had to use a drill to get it off, but I scrapped some of the lines on the pcb. Now my touch screen doesn't work (maybe I applied to much pressure while drilling?) and my vita is a paper weight as there's no way to open the lock screen without touch screen. Tried DS4 via OTG (have the DS4 plugin with henkaku installed but unfortunately bluetooth was off), tried putting nolockscreen vita plugin into my sd card (unfortunately ux0) my device only sees plugins through ur0.

Thank you

Did you turn off the option to use buttons for the livearea? If you didn't you should be able to hold circle instead, iirc...
(A factory reset wouldn't help because the swipe to unlock in the initial setup is the one you can't confirm with buttons!)

No idea about your original question, though...

I'm so unlucky. Turns out I chipped some parts of the face buttons' flex cable as well. It asked me to set the date and time (I didn't factory reset, it's just removal of battery triggered it I guess) and dpad and analog plus X button worked, so I thought I was okay but I distinctly remember I turned on the menu navigation via buttons option and I can't bypass it by holding circle button.

Either Circle button is dead or I factory resetted the device without knowing it :/

Circle does not work on lockscreen, only in the livearea unfortunately, only suggestion would be to attempt to repair it or get a new mobo.

Yes but what it's not the motherboard and the screen? BEcause while drilling I applied too much pressure and maybe I broke it.

But nevermind, too much of a hassle tbh. I already gave up.
