You updated to 9.0.0 WITHOUT the exFAT driver enabled. There are two options in ChoidujourNX, without or with exFAT.
That’s why your exFAT card doesn’t work now and did before.

Oh man didn't see the option, totally my fault then. Welp, not much I can do besides copying to PC, fat32'ing it and copying back, is it?

That won’t work as tou have files bigger than 4GB on your exFAT card.
Either reinstall everything (too much work) or enable exFAT, there’s been a guide for it. Maybe you can even run ChoidujourNX with 9.0.0 again and choose exFAT this time.

There’s almost nothing that someone would have on their SD card that is over 4gb

That video didn't show it, but in the Kosmos release page you need to follow the additional link above the downloads to grab sigpatches.

Would someone please help me? I'm trying to switch over to Atmosphere from SX OS. I've been using the guide found here: https://www.mod3dscard.com/blog/tutorial-how-to-boot-atmosphere-for-sx-pro-or-sx-os-users/

I've done everything the guide states but my switch will not boot. It displays some sort of text for a half of a second and then just shows a black screen.
The files linked in the guide are likely outdated. Try using the latest repack by Kosmos. This is Atmosphere still, only tweaked a little.

What this tells me:
9.0.0 introduced an dependency in FS on the USB system module in order to launch the SD card.
  • This means the USB system module must now be launched before the SD card is initialized.
  • Correspondingly, the USB system module can no longer be IPS patched, and its settings cannot be reliably mitm'd.
  • We know this is frustrating, so we'll be looking into whether there is some way of addressing this in the future.
...is that some things won't work anymore for 9.0 (besides non-updated homebrew), and it's apparently a big deal. I'd like to know what those are so that I can either feel OK about updating or stay on 8.1 for a while. (I intend to update for Animal Crossing anyway.)

The only thing I know of that being used for was enabling USB 3.0 higher speed connection, which is a hidden system setting. Nintendo kept it off by default, and atmosphere made it optional in previous versions, as it worked for some uses but broke others (nx-mtp was the thing that made me keep it disabled). Not a huge loss, especially if you weren't actively using it.

If anyone was doing anything else with patching or mitm-ing the USB module, I wasn't aware of it, so it likely wasn't anything of use to that many people.

Screen pls? You don't need to delete the theme itself. Delete the folder from the errorscreen should solve your problem. 0100000000001D should be the folder. You can find it in /atmosphere/titles

the only thing close to that is 010000000000000D is that what you ment? there isnt anything else in the title folder that is theme related cos i already deleted it and it doesnt have a folder for the title its error out on. will put screen shot if i cannot resolve in in the next 10. or might be easier if i re-install atmosphere

Just want to make sure I'm doing things correctly, following this guide:

https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/extras/nandrestore/

I backed up on ~6.1 and upgraded using chonx so my efuses weren't burnt.
I have 2 backup folders , backup NAND and backup boot0(this folder has boot0 and boot1 files so I'm not sure if that's okay).
There is no backup folder on my sdcard.
Am I okay to clean out my sysnand with the files I have and is the process described above sufficient?

Secondly do i need to backup my saves or are they on my backup of my sdcard with my atmosphere files?

Lastly, I have AutoRCM enabled, can i follow this guide:
https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/making_emummc/

To setup emummc on a 200gb sd card?

Also, will copying over the Nintendo folder from my previous install work or will I have to install all my games again?
