Gaming Is splatoon 2 inkopolis square night version still in game files when splatfest is not active

Do splatoon 2 devs usually leave splatfest files like for example inkopolis square in data even after splatfest ends, can someone who has decrypted game files check current latest update to see if night version of inkopolis square used in splatfests is still in game files

Also is it possible to somehow triger inkopolis plaza splatfest mode even when there is no splatfest?

Also, if it wasn't stored in files on the console, you would need to download the content for the night mode each time the splatfests are active which would be a pain in the butt.
