Hello, I have a switch with kosmos. It was 2 weeks ago I finally put on a cfw.
First it was on firmware 4.1, the bootup time was like 10 seconds from totall power off to the menu.
Yesterday I used Choijoudour to update it to 7.0.1. Now the bootup time is like 3 minutes before I see the menu. So it's 20 times slower.
It feels like somethings not going right with the bootup, or is it a normal bootup time with higher firmwares like 7.0.1 ?

Update your CFW files? Shouldn't take that long.
I think the kosmos version I have is also compatible with firmware 8.0
It should be allright I guess. All the games do work, or previously uninstallable games do work okay now.
Is the bootup time abnormal?

Or when updating the firmware, is it standard procedure to Refresh/re-install the cfw files, which also refreshes the bootup?

Try updating your Kosmos file pack and see if that solve the problem for you.
