Hacking Help - Switch does not turn on

My switch has reinx installed and it is in auto-rcm. I Shut it down to remove the sd card. Now it does not turn on after pressing the power button then plugging the rcm loader. The battery was 68% before shutting it down... I plugged the sd card to my phone before this... The payload injector does not light up

have you try using your computer to inject the payload?

Just realized that the charger's cable can not be removed. I dont have a usb-to-usb-c cable -_-.

Ok. Thanks. I'm currently suspecting the dongle as it doesn't light up or is not even recognized by my pc.

Ok. Just confirmed that the dongle is not working. I ordered another one but it will take a few weeks to arrive. Can I use any Usb-A to USB-C adapter to inject the payload from PC? I've read that this causes bricking...

Never heard of that happening, unless you send a malicious payload somehow, it's just as safe as using a dongle. Also, did you try holding down the power button for 30 seconds then leaving it to charge for a few hours? And keep in mind that a lot of dongles don't charge and therefore don't work when the switch is off/in RCM, they have to be charged when the switch is on, or by another usb-c device.

Mine is the one from xkit. It lits white when charging and also acts like a flashdrive when plugged in to a pc. It does neither...

So that's what's supposed to happen, but it's not? What are you charging it with on the usb-c side?

Yep, it does not. I charge it on the micro-usb side

I'm not 100% sure, but you might have to charge it by usb-c before it's recognised on the other side. Try getting your switch to boot from my last post, then charge it.

Just randomly, but did you get the latest ReiNX recently? It causes a black screen when trying to inject the payload, so maybe you think you can't turn it on but actually you're just getting a black screen. If you are on less than 7.x try using ReiNX 2.0. Or if you are on 7.x then try booting through Hekate.

Reinx is not supported on 7.0, take that sd and put the new update, or use ams, or sx

Did you try to reset the dongle? This dongle sometimes stuck and this problem can be solved by updating the firmware.
Try to rest by using a needle in the small hole which is under the " - " led, I don't think your dongle is broken.
