Hacking vitabright config example i made

So with vitabright you can now use a custom gamma with ur0:tai/vitabright_lut.txt
I could find 0 documentation on the gamma so i started messing with it
An ive made a example file

With this the maximum brightness now becomes a decent flashlight
Minimum make it not blind you if you use it at night
The lower levels are good for indoors
And higher is good for outdoors

If you use this config it breaks the registry editor so meh
Its still a good example for anyone confused

Line 0 is maximum
Line 16 is minimum
Higher line numbers = lower brightness setting

This looks good, it's a nice basis for others.

I had been using it, just installed the other day and i realised because i used at night that the lower its not like the lower brightness, its pass from mostly 0 brightness to a kind of Flux (lower blue light) i just wanna know if that is for real or using that pluging im breaking my screen.

its not breaking your screen
i did that intentionally

i must say welll done and thx then. My eyes are happy. I mean, is it indeed lowering the blue light then, no? isnt my impression?

yeah
its supposed to lower the blue light like most night mode things do
i wish my vita was still functional so i could use my own config XD

Have 3 like me, then u have 3 chances. hahahaha. its my only console so... i dont sure yet if pick up a 2ds, switch o wii u as complement.

i dont like the 2ds for its lack of 3d but if you go for one get a new 2ds so you have an excuse for not getting 3d

(3d on the new 3ds gives me very bad headaches but on the old 3ds its fine)

mmm... Im not sure if i wanna stop taking my nutmeg for this 3d headaches, so this is ur advice? i will check out now i go to japan if not second hands. Here 60 e for wii u, sound sweet as well.

the old 2ds is much cheaper than new 2ds but i personally think the new 2ds is worth the extra money
i dont know about the wii u tho since i dont own a wii u

thanks man, was it intended for oled vita only or both ? i tried vitabright 'out of the box' on newer model and couldn't get that kind of amber Flux (lower blue light), just a very low brightness at minimal setting.

thats because you need to use the custom config
as far as i know it shouldnt have any reason to not work on newer models
