Yeah you're right, I just hope an actual retroarch nsp does eventually work, it feels shallow that it has to be chainloaded youknow
You can also use Nro2NSp to create a RetroArch NSP that forwards to the "retroarch_switch.nro".
Works great for me, I'm getting 60 FPS @ 714 MHz in LoZ - OOT using the mupen64plus_next core that m4xw posted. Not that was not a typo, 60 FPS using Powersaving Mode 3 (714 MHz)!
