I recently broke my Joycon rail pins by using the Paperclip RCM method and I wanna know if there is anyway I can repair it myself instead of buying a new spare part. Also, here are my pin's conditions. I'm seeing a technician tomorrow to see if he can repair it.

when u put a paperclip into the rail you wanna slide it against the rail then have the jig bow out at some point to gently touch the pins. I run my jig down the back of the rail against the metal then slightly pull the top part out so it never rubs against the pins just bumps into them when I lean it towards the pins once it hits the bottom of the rail.

It looks like they're actually broken off and not just bent, so there's not much you can do other than buying new rails.

$15 dollars is a small price to pay if you plan to and are able to complete the repair yourself. Assuming you go to a technician he'll charge you cost of repair and materials anyway which would amount to more. Either way judging by the photos it'll need replacing, so you just have to decide which option works best for you.
