Because it was unhackable for time being. As long as we have HW exploit, they can't take the access from us.

It won't work. But your switch would be hackable none the less, no matter what FW. You would just need to wait, which does not make it suddenly unhackable.
Never told you to wait. Latest build works on any FW. I am just telling you that FW upgrade which breaks something suddenly does not make your switch unhackable.
