Hacking Question Some questions before install CFW

Hi, I have readed a lot of topics of CFW, and think it's time to install Atmosphere on my switch. But I have some questions.

My configuration. My switch is in 4.1.0 (I keep that version waiting for Deja vu), I already have linked a Nintendo Account with my user on switch. Only one time have been using homebrew launcher, just for testing and it was about in april or may. I'm not jet banned.This are my questions:

1.- I know that with the 6.0 version the linked accounts cannot be unlinked, then I want to unlink my Nintendo Account before update. With this can I prevent my account get banned, and in case only the console get banned?
2.- I have already have tried to unlink the account, but appear a message saying some data could be deleted, what data is deleted?. i have to backup my saves before unlink the account?
3.- In case of the account get banned. Is also banned from the eshop on another consoles (Wii U, 3DS, mobile)?

1. Ninty is not banning accounts.
2. I guess that downloaded games (and maybe saves, not sure about those at all).
3. If your account gets somehow banned, you won't be able to access eshop and online, but updates should work.

Then if I keep my Nintendo Account and my switch get banned, I can linked it to another switch not banned?
