Imagine being patient and waiting another month at most, and people wouldn't be having these issues. But these are probably the same type of people who preorder a game, then complain about it when it launches.

I don't understand what's wrong with his message, for the moment everyone is buying the SX Pro so sellers and support is kinda overloaded,
It's a good advice to wait few week and not rushing, so what's wrong ?

I understand but like I bought it and received a product that didn't work. No matter what, if I pay for something I want it to be able to do the things it is advertised to do.

If you can't handle the number of orders you get, don't take so many. There's no excuse for bad service, no matter how "overloaded" you are. So many orders means they're making money hand over fist, they should be able to hire more help so they can respond to issues like this in a timely polite manner


the SX Pro is about 20 USD

more like $50 (including crappy USPS shipping)

Modchipsdirect is really blowing it with this SX product...

They should have provided you another code and took up the issue with team xecuter as opposed to you having to.

That’s piss poor customer service. On top of the piss poor communication regarding the SX Pro shipping delays....

The guy must not realize that he’s going to lose customers in the long term...

I’m about ready to cancel/chargeback my pro order - not because I’m impatient but I’d rather deal with a company that knows the concept of customer service.

I just got the same problem, i ordered 4 keys because we have 4 switchs and all 4 codes are not working
I get an error that the license isn't for this switch

Well as you can see on the name of this topic.......... I got the same error, so.... this is why the topic was open, and by respect i didn't write no where the name of the reseller
And of course i wrote to the reseller tells me that the codes were send strait from xecuter, so i was trying to understand how could this happen, were they hacked or is it xecuter that was hacked, maybe someone know something this is why i replyed to this topic
