Everyone who installed it did. Also Eevee doesn't brick it's only Pikachu that bricks.

First I've heard of this..is it a permanent brick? Played 5 hours of Eevee so far.

After reading about all these bricks, I think I'm long overdue to create myself a NAND backup in case it happens to me. I'm currently on FW 6.0.0 using SX-OS 2.2.1 BETA. What would be the best way for me to create my backup? Using SX-OS itself? or a different software?

I'm pretty sure on the SX OS bootloader you can backup the NAND there.

It's only Pikachu that bricks. Eevee is harmless.

Installing it doesn't brick your system. Anyone who RAN it bricked, this includes xci conversions.

only pikachu version i hear bricks.... been playing eevee with no problem ripped from a very dark place by a trusted character

Using Reinx and just played 30min on lets go evee (nsp), no problems so far.
Seems like it is only lets go pikachu since I didnt see it anywhere.

Recoverable. You can just run the rcm exploit and restore from a nand backup.

Thank you for letting me know - I've just finished dumping the raw NAND, although, when I clicked Advanced Options, I noticed User partition and another partition were not part of the dump by default. Do I require these ones as well? or just the BOOT files and raw nand?

UPDATE: Legit Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu NSPs are starting to drop. You can lower you guards but please be careful of what you download and always have a NAND backup incase a fake one pops up.
