So I have a game porting suggestion, I think the Marathon trilogy would really be blasting to play on the Switch, the game is totally Open Source, that means that the game assets and levels are too and therefore if a homebrew port is made, the games could easily be distributed.

Here's the game's website : https://alephone.lhowon.org/
And here's the link to the github page : https://github.com/Aleph-One-Marathon

Microsoft Windows Games ON NINTENDO SWITCH ( wineHQ implementation )

Games like Dead Space or assassins creed.

Wine
Wine enables Linux, Mac, FreeBSD, and Solaris users to run Windows applications without a copy of Microsoft Windows. Wine is free software under constant development. Other platforms may benefit as well.

¿Could it be possible?

No

I request Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (maybe the VCMI version). I would love to be able to play Heroes on the go, and no, the phone does not count, i dont play with that :-D

Cheers

What would save people spending hundreds of rupees on a video capture card would be a way to record more than 30seconds from the switch...
Does this sound Possible or is the level of hacking to deep to controll this part of the switch?...

I would love to see a Daphne LaserDisc emulator for Dragon's Lair 1 + 2 & Space Ace etc.

Would be cool to use the higher resolution reconverted BluRay versions on the Switch.

I bet the screen would look awesome with them running (=

So here I am again with another suggestion which would be a very great addition to switch library and could open up some local and online multiplayer fun, I'm talking about Re-Volt, yes the game has an open source re-creation that is quite good and that adds split screen multiplayer up to 4 players at once on the same device, this game is a gem and having it on the switch would really make it shine :

See for yourself the project's site :
https://rvgl.re-volt.io/
And their GitHub :
https://github.com/Re-Volt

Hopefully the switch will one day be able to get a port of this game :)

A loader following the UI ideas of Wiiflow for Switch would be the real deal :(

I hope someone with great interface skills can manage someday to do such a cool thing on Switch.

May I suggest OpenMW again? ;)

https://openmw.org/en/

This is it running on my two year old android phone.. ;)

Morrowind is a Bethesda RPG with an approximate playtime of 600+ hours. ;)

OpenMW has not reached 1.0 status yet, and its unclear if it would be playable on the switch due to a very complex interface. OpenGL would be needed as well. (Short for: It would be a very complex project with an unsure outcome. ;) )

I have bought a second hand banned console and i would love to know than info that is not avalaible now in no way.

Forwarders! Ive been using the retroarch forwarder and was thinking back to the wii. each homebrew has a forwarder. itd be great to see something like "mastershoes forwarder collection" for the switch.

forwarders are already possible.
They are not always called forwarders, but also "nro loaders" or just loaders.

Look here : https://gbatemp.net/threads/homebrew-menu-loader-legal-nsp.518433/
this is a "hbmenu.nro" loader.
if you follow the link to the sources, you can build any other forwarders by editing the path to the .nro to load, and edit the titleID of the generated channel.

if you create a forwarder, or even any nsp, please provide the TitleID or update that wiki page : https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/List_of_Switch_homebrew_titleID

Sweet. Thanks, I’ll try this out.

Going on vacation in a month. Is there a stable and working mp3/wma music player homebrew? Also video too but it's not too important.

Thanks!

Also streaming from a PC to the switch would be great!

Here's an idea: a certificate spoofer in order to protect your real certificate. Once the spoofed certificate is banned, a new one can be generated, and so on. Also, private online servers.
