MCCToolChest requires having certain Windows only things installed to be able to run.
The question didn't ask for a non-Windows app . . .
anyways you'll have to find a different program, there might not even be one. iPxD always works on Windows applications only
Shaders aren't user accessible on Bedrock for Switch, you would have to modify the game its self
It crashes as well for me, as I edit world data only. Also I tried adding resource and behavior packs, does anyone know how to do this? It crashes and makes me restart the switch every time I try to restore the save file using Checkpoint.

I dumped my save using CheckPoint and used FileZilla to move to PC.
When I open Universal Minecraft Editor and navigate to the folder where I copied the data to nothing changes.
