Will my warning level ever decrease?

So,
as you can see I have been a bit of an asshole some times and thus accumulated a fair amount of warnings. First one is from Feb 2016 and still valid.
However, in gbatemp's terms it clearly says:

Warnings do not automatically decrease. Staff have the ability to decrease warning levels if a member makes a positive impression that they are trying to improve themselves. Otherwise, the warning will be in place for 6 months to a year.

I have four warning that are older than a year - how come they're still in place?

I had a warning point and someone mentioned that you can request it to be removed, two days later I got another point for shitposting.
Should've made a request sooner :P

It runs out on August 4th though, so yay.
