Check the game tab.
You should have the /app/ps3 meme, as well as the package installation option.
As well as a Ferrox logo on boot.

First off, if you want to load PS3 ISOs you need a Cobra CFW so if you didn't install Ferrox Cobra, grab that and install that CFW instead, just install it through the SYstem Update menu.
Grab Webman and Multiman and any other apps that interest you, emulators or whatever. If you want to go online, grab PSNinja and PSN Patch as well.

Whenever you want to play online, if you wanna be safe:
- Mount the PS3 game you want to play
- Launch PSNinja
- Do the top 3 options in PSNinja and close it
- Run PSNPatch
- Run your game
I've been consistantly doing this for over a year on my main PSN account and even syncing tropheis and shit and I've been completely fine.
Well, they're not more or less safe than anything else. If your system is compatible then everything will remain intact after the CFW install.
PS: Grab Ferrox 4.82 Cobra
Back them up in case you run into the same problem I've had for the past 2 days, as the quickest fix is a Quick Format
No need for him to back them up before formatting though. Only a tiny portion of users have run into your issue so it's not to late to back them up if it fails.

That's the placeholder for a mounted game afaik. Some games are mounted to it at least.
