Is there such thing as a Windows XP / Windows 7 Hybrid OS?

I've heard of custom / edited OS'es being a thing, such as Windows Vienna and the not-so-popular WinMac. Out of curiosity, i got myself thinking; Since Windows XP lost support from pretty much everything, is it possible that there is such thing as a Windows XP Windows 7 custom Hybrid OS that combines both Windows 7 and Windows XP? Having the complete interface and interactions as Windows XP, but the same compatibility and usage as Windows 7.
Does such OS / VM exist? Or at least in development? Or does one not exist at all?

I don't know why you would really want this, Windows 7 is better to Windows XP in every way. If you want Windows 7 with Windows XP aesthetics, consider this.

I think he just wants a skin. "Usage and compatability of Windows 7", so yeah he wants to run Windows 7 looking like XP.
